RN or LPN needed PRN in our Paxton Clinic. Some requirements are: Lab draws, injections vitals and general routine patient care. Previous medical office experience is preferred.

RN - MDS Coordinator

Must have current RN license, have experience & knowledge with MDS system, Medicare system and qualifiers for LTC and the ability to coordinate the MDS and care plan process. Previous LTC experience preferred.

Enthusiastic individual to organize & coordinate a variety of activities, including spiritual, recreational, social and skill development for the residents in our Long Term Care Unit.
