Health Information Management (Medical Records)
The Health Information Management Department (more commonly known as Medical Records) is available Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The HIM Department includes Coders, Transcriptionists, and Clerks whose primary function is ensuring that your medical record is kept complete, accurate, and confidential. Our office complies with the HIPAA Privacy Standards and we will not release your Private Health Information (PHI) without your written authorization.
The HIM Director serves the hospital as Chief Privacy Officer and can be reached at 784-4251 and ask to speak to the HIM Director.
If you have a HIPAA complaint you may contact the compliance line by dialing 784-2456.
