 Dr. Richard Foellner
Dr. Foellner is a general practice physician with a subspecialty of Osteopathic
Medicine. He received his medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.
He has been practicing in the Paxton area for over years 30 years.

Jeremy Henrichs
Dr. Henrichs started practicing at the Paxton Clinic in August 2004. Dr. Henrichs
is a family physician with a specialty in sports medicine. He received his medical
degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed his family
practice residency at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center in Spartanburg, South
Carolina, where he was chief resident. He completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship
at the Univ. of Pittsburgh in 2004 .

 Dr. Bernadette Ray
Dr. Ray is a family practice physician which includes maternity care. She received
her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford
and completed her family medicine residency training in December 2008. She and her
husband, Dr. Darrin Ray, have two children, Connor (4) and Sophia (1).
Dr. Ray enjoys cooking, baking and music.

Oakley, FNP-PNP
Lisa Oakley received her degree from University of Indianapolis. She received her
Masters Degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Lisa is also certified
as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner and a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, by the
ANCC. She has been practicing with Dr. Foellner at the Paxton Clinic since 1994.

Hethke, RNC, ANP, APN
Celia Hethke is certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner and Advance Practice Nurse.
She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Olivet Nazarene University and
completed the Adult Nurse Practitioner Program at the Upstate Medical Center in
Syracuse, NY. She has been practicing with Dr. Foellner at the Paxton Clinic since
fall 2008.
