Welcome to the Gibson Area Hospital (GAH) Foundation portion of the website. The Foundation is dedicated to supporting excellence in healthcare by raising funds for Gibson Area Hospital & Health Services.
The GAH Foundation was created to insure that Gibson Area Hospital & Health Services has the charitable and community resources to create excellence in healthcare programs and services in support of a healthy community. With your continued support we can fulfill our mission well into the future. Our funds are used primarily for scholarships to help further the education of hospital employees and for help on capital projects that the hospital is undertaking.

| We’re “Building Better Health” |
| Gibson Area Hospital Foundation was established in 1999 to receive charitable gifts on behalf of Gibson Area Hospital & Health Services. Through your gifts, and the work of the Foundation, GAHHS will “build better health” in many ways. The Foundation is incorporated as an Illinois not-for-profit corporation and is approved by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) organization, making your contributions tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law. |

| Our Commitment to Quality |
| Since 1998, the entire organization (including hospital, long-term care center, home health care, rural medical clinics, etc.) has been known as Gibson Area Hospital & Health Services. Our service area includes 35 towns with more than 23,500 households. Affiliated rural medical clinics are located in 5 different communities. |
| Community Commitment to Caring |
| Through the years, the surrounding communities’ commitment to quality medical care has always been there. When we’ve added a long-term care wing, remodeled existing facilities, expanded the emergency department, added new equipment/clinics or built the outpatient clinic wing – people like you were there with help and support. We’re now asking you to continue that commitment by considering the ways in which you could support quality, local area health care with a gift to the Gibson Area Hospital Foundation.
