Dave Knox Awarded GAHHS Employee of the Month for August

Dave Knox has been awarded the Gibson Area Hospital & Health Services (GAHHS) August Employee of the Month. 

 

Dave, born and raised in Fisher, has lived in Gibson City for over 35 years.  Dave, a Materials Management Assistant, has worked at GAH for the past two years.  Previously, Dave was the owner operator of Friendly Flower Shop and Green house for over 25 years.  Dave said he likes his job in materials because he enjoys the opportunity to be helpful to people on a daily basis. 

 

When asked what he likes most about GAH Dave said, “At GAHHS there are a lot of great people doing a lot of different jobs, all for the common goal of patient wellness.”

 

Dave and his wife, Connie, have two grown children, Sara Knox Neubert (Keith) and Jason Knox (Tiffany) and six granddaughters.  In his spare time Dave enjoys working in his garden, traveling and activities at his church.
