The American Heart Association’s GO RED for Women’s Heart Health Awareness Day was held Friday, February 7, 2014. GAH employees wore their red in support of the American Heart Association’s “Go Red for Women” and were asked to donate $5 to wear jeans.

Gibson Area Hospital Baby Central welcomed Hannah Verna May Henning as the first baby of 2014. Hannah arrived January 1, 2014 at 4:05 a.m. weighing 5 pounds 10 ounce and measuring 18.5 inches long.
