Dr. Ray, a 2011 Illinois Rural Health Association Physician of Excellence Award winner, is an experience and caring family practice physician.  Dr. Ray is trained to care for children and adults of all ages, including maternity care.  He places emphasis on wellness and prevention.  Dr. Ray is dedicated to providing comprehensive health care for your entire family.

 

Education:
  He received his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford and completed his family medicine residency training in December 2008.
 
General Information:
  He and his wife, Dr. Bernadette Ray, have two children, Connor and Sophia. Dr. Ray's hobbies include outdoor activities such as fishing and hunting.

 

Dr. Ray is available at the Family Health Clinic of Farmer City; Monday and Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.   Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. til Noon, Thursday & Friday from 8:30 a.m. til 3 p.m.

 

Lunch  12 - 1 p.m.
