Kara is an accomplished Family Nurse Practitioner with experience treating the entire family, from newborn to geriatrics. Kara became a Registered Nurse in 2007 and worked as a labor and delivery/post-partum nurse for a year. While this position was rewarding, Kara wanted to be able to provide patient care at a higher level. With this desire, Kara enrolled in the Mennonite College of Nursing’s Family Nurse Practitioner program at Illinois State University and took a full-time position with Christie Clinic Convenient Care. The next three years would provide Kara with invaluable insight and experience. In May of 2011 Kara graduated from the Family Nurse Practitioner program and began working with Dr. Ray and the great staff at the Family Health Clinic of Farmer City.

 

Office Hours

Mondays - 8:30a.m. to 5:30p.m.

Wednesdays - 8:30a.m. to 1:00p.m.

Thursdays - 8:30a.m. to 2:00p.m.
