David J. Hagan, M.D. is the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) for Gibson Area Hospital & Health Services and has served on the GAHHS Board of Directors since 1985.
Dr. David J. Hagan went to High School in Niantic-Harristown, Niantic, IL. Followed with College at Western Illinois University, Macomb, IL 1972-1973 & Millikin University, B.A., Decatur, IL 1973-1976. Medical School at University of Illinois,
College of Medicine, M.D. at the Urbana Campus (1976-1977) and the Rockford Campus (1977-1980). He then completed his residency in Family Medicine at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Dayton, Ohio (1980-1983). He currently has his own Family Practice in Gibson City with a satellite office in Fisher, IL.
He has been married to his wife, Cathy, since June 6, 1981; they have 2 children Justin Christopher and Jennifer Ann.
Dr. Hagan was inaugurated the President of the Illinois Academy of Family Physicians on
December 4, 2010.
