  • Video Otoscopic examination
    • Illuminating light source used to examine structures of the ear, particularly the external ear canal, eardrum, and middle ear
  • Cerumen removal
    • Extraction of hardened or accumulated cerumen (earwax) from the ear canal
  • Diagnostic hearing evaluations for all ages
  • Tinnitus evaluations and non-medical management of tinnitus
  • Acoustic Reflex testing
    • Assists in checking for specific types of hearing loss
  • Tympanometry
    • Assesses the function and movement of the eardrum
  • Otoacoustic Emissions (OAEs) evaluation
    • Used to determine how well your inner ear is functioning
  • Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) testing
    • Tests to see how sound moves from the auditory nerve to the brain stem. This test is typically done on infants or children who may not be able to do other hearing tests because of their age
  • Recommend, provide, fit and program hearing aids to fit a variety of hearing needs
  • Real-ear measurements (REMs)
    • Measurement that ensures that the hearing aid user is receiving the precise level of amplification needed at every frequency in order to achieve the best hearing improvement possible
  • Hearing aid adjustments and repairs
  • Earmold impressions for hearing devices
    • Personal impression of the ear canal that is used to make custom-fit earmolds and hearing aids
  • Audiologic rehabilitation including lip reading, language development, and auditory skills development
