Step Down Program

Many times patients complete physical therapy or rehab and want to continue the exercises that benefit their recovery.  The Step Down Program allows patients the opportunity to "step down" after completing therapy by doing specific supervised movements, motions and exercises designed to continue their path to good health.  GAHHS Therapist, Rachel Miguel, brought the concept to GAHHS and is present to assist with hands on care and oversee the program.

Sessions are held in the lower level of the Physical Therapy/Orthopaedic building at #10 Doctors Park, an elevator in is the entrance for patient’s convenience, and at our new Fairbury location, 221 Wal-Crest Drive.
