Behavioral Wellness Center

The Behavioral Wellness Center is the newest addition to our Mental Health Services.

The Behavioral Wellness Center is an outpatient behavioral health clinic that provides psychiatric and psychotherapeutic services. At the Behavioral Wellness Center, we care for patients of varying ages with a wide range of behavioral health concerns, including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, psychosis and childhood disorders. 

Tele Psychiatry Services at the Behavioral Wellness Center

Many people have asked, “What is tele psychiatry?” The simple answer is that it is similar to any other psychiatry services, except that the patient and the psychiatrist are not in the same room. Through the use of technology the patient and psychiatrist are connected by a video conference, allowing the same experience if they were in the same room together. Patients will see and speak to the psychiatrist over a large television screen. The Behavioral Wellness Center utilizes a HIPPA Secure conferencing program to provide these services. During each tele psychiatry session, an on-site mental health professional will sit in the room.   

Psychiatry and Psychotherapy

In addition to tele psychiatry services, the Behavioral Wellness Center also offers on-site psychiatric services for adults. 

Along with psychiatric services, the Behavioral Wellness Center utilizes the expertise of on-site Licensed Clinical Therapists who see patients of all ages for outpatient psychotherapy including individual, family, and marital therapy. Each therapist brings their own skill set and expertise to provide individualized treatment planning and care for each patient that they care for.
