Pat Vail has been awarded the Gibson Area Hospital & Health Services (GAHHS) June Employee of the Month.
While Pat has only been a part of the GAHHS Housekeeping family for the past five years, she has called Gibson City "home" her entire life. She draws pride in the fact that she graduated a Greyhound and works at the hospital.
"I enjoy coming to work each day because of all the friendly people I am around each day," said Pat. "From the patients and their families to the doctors and the entire hospital staff; they make work enjoyable."
Pat, the mother of three: Amy Bergman, Keith Pearson (deceased) and Richie Pearson (deceased) enjoys working in her garden, watching NASCAR with her husband, Larry, and spending time with her grandkids Alec Bergman, Aden Bergman and Aiden Thorne.
