Gibson Area Hospital Baby Central welcomed Owen John Mueller as the first baby of 2015. Owen arrived January 4, 2015 at 5:34 pm, weighing 7 pounds, 7 ounces and measuring 20.25 inches long. Owen was welcomed into the world by his parents Tim and Myra Mueller, from rural Gibson City, as well as his brothers Connor (8) and Cody (6), and sister Olivia (1 ½). Owen was delivered by Benjamin Brewer, M.D.
The family was presented with a gift basket filled with baby items donated by the Gibson Area Hospital OB Department. The basket contained outfits, socks, and bibs, a Ford County blanket, diapers and baby wipes, pacifiers and teething toys, baby bath and lotion, and $100 Gibson Bucks from the GAH Administration, presented by CEO Rob Schmitt.
