Deb Wehe, of rural Foosland, was chosen as the Gibson Area Hospital & Health Services (GAHHS) January Employee of the Month.
Deb, a Patient Access Representative for the ER, was raised in Gibson City and has been married to her husband, Bob, for 20 years. Together they have a son, Adam, who is a freshman at Fisher High School.
Deb enjoys her job because she gets to meet different people each day. She also enjoys working with all of her coworkers because she feels they are not only her coworkers, but an extension of her family.
“[GAHHS] is one big happy family,” said Deb! “We all work together to take care of our patients. I could not ask for any job, friends or family that would come close to everyone here.”
In her spare time, Deb enjoys fishing, camping, reading, cooking, spending time with her family and swimming in the summer.
