The Gibson Community Hospital Association met for their annual dinner meeting on Wednesday, March 6, 2019, at the Kruse Center in Gibson City. Hospital board members, foundation members, association member, staff, and hospital management all gathered to discuss hospital business and recap the 2018 fiscal year. Highlights of the evening were the presentation of the James A. Hager awards, induction of honorees to the Sunderland Society, and recognition of the Volunteer of the Year (all pictured below). Membership in the association requires a donation to the hospital, and in return, members may participate in the nomination and election of hospital board members, as well as learn from administration and the board about strategic plans and financial results.
