All established GAHHS patients 18 and older, who meet the requirements for Vaccine Groups 1a,1b and 1b Plus, regardless of your county of residence may now call your GAH Provider's office to be added to the Vaccine list. You will be contacted and scheduled for an appointment.
IF you are a GAHHS established patient (Primary Care, Specialty, Behavioral Wellness) 18 years or older, meet the requirements of 1a,1b, or 1b Plus, regardless of the county in which you live, you may call your GAH Provider's office now!
